For the second time Claire and Nigel Lappin have totally renovated their Brisbane house. This time they chose to have help from architect Shaun Lockyer. By adding on to the the back of the house on two levels, they were able to create space for an extra room and a new bath. But the biggest advantage was the creation of two roofed terraces, one with its own pool.
